Dogma XC Hardtail
The 2024-on Pinarello Dogma XC Hardtail is a purpose-built elite cross-country race bike rather than a general-use hardtail. It was developed alongside Pinarello’s modern Dogma XC full-suspension platform and first appeared under Tom Pidcock before reaching consumers, which helps explain its narrow focus: low weight, immediate power transfer and race-day integration. Pinarello positions the frame as a World Cup- and Olympic-level tool, and the design details support that brief, including a claimed frame weight of roughly 960g, 29in wheels and geometry that is modern by XC standards without drifting into downcountry territory.

Fit and geometry
The geometry is contemporary XC race geometry, but still clearly aimed at sharp handling and efficient front-end weighting rather than maximum stability. Reach figures of 423.1mm in S, 450mm in M, 470mm in L and 488mm in XL are paired with a 75-degree seat tube angle on most sizes, which should place riders in a strong seated pedaling position for sustained race efforts. Stack numbers remain moderate, from 598.9mm in S to 630.9mm in XL, reinforcing the bike’s low, performance-oriented front end.
